Steel Deba Knives

Characterized by its thick spine and super sharp edge, Deba knives are specialized meat knives – mostly poultry or fish. They tend to be used to clean and fillet whole fish, but they can also be used to break down and dress poultry, or other types of meat that also have small bones.
