30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. That’s why we’ve designed a return policy that’s simple, fair, and customer-friendly.
✔ Standard Returns (All Items)
- You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your purchase.
- Items must be in original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, manuals, and inserts included.
- Knives must not show signs of use — they need to be in the same condition a new customer would expect.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued quickly to your original payment method (usually within 10 business days). Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process.
- Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
- Return shipping: If we sent the wrong item or it arrives defective/damaged, we’ll cover the cost. For other returns, shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
✔ Knife Sets (2 or More Knives) — Special Policy
We understand that sets are a bigger commitment, so we make trying them easier:
- You may open and try one knife from the set.
- The other knives must remain unopened in their original factory packaging.
- If returned under these conditions, we’ll cover the return shipping cost in full.
✔ Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and correct the issue quickly.

- If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
