60-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. That’s why I’ve designed a return policy that’s simple, fair, and customer-friendly.
Special! Free Return Freight on two or more knives
That’s right, I am so confident in the quality of our knives that I’m offering you free return shipping. I understand that sets are a bigger commitment, so I am taking out your return freight cost to make your buying decision risk-free.
- Open and try one knife for 10 days. The other Knife(s) must remain unopened in their original factory packaging.
- If returned under these conditions, I’ll cover the return shipping cost in full.
- If you keep the knives, you can rely on my 60-day return policy
💡 Tip: Start with the biggest knife in your order. Give the blade a once-over and the handle a squeeze—it should feel solid and comfy. Then do the tomato test: one clean slice, no squish. If anything feels off, let me know and I’ll make it right.

✔ Standard Returns (All Items)
- You have 60 days from delivery to return or exchange your purchase.
- Items must be in original, unused condition and all original packaging materials.
- Knives must not show signs of use — they need to be in the same condition a new customer would expect (no scratches, etc.) and in their gift boxes.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued within two business days to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process.
- Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
- Return shipping: If we sent the wrong item or it arrives defective/damaged, we’ll cover the cost. For other returns, shipping is the customer’s responsibility. I will send you the shipping label, which will result in significant savings for you and will be deducted from your return amount.
✔ Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and correct the issue quickly.

- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
