Ergonomic Handle

The sycamore wood is a special variety of European maple with a shadow. It is a rare and sought-after wood that is a high grade which makes it more special and precious. The mosaic brass rivet gives the handle an elegant finish.

Razor Sharp Blade

The core hardness of the blade is stable at 60-62HRC which makes it harder, sharper, and more durable. It has a good balance with a golden angle of 15° Because of its ultra-sharp double edge it is suitable for both left and right hands.

The steel is the real Damascus Steel, not laser. It is made of 67 layers of  core: As it contains Cr, Mo, Co and V elements, it is more rust-resistant and wear-resistant. This is more resistant than AUS-10 steel and is China’s equivalent to Japanese VG10 steel.


There are a few tips to keep your knife in tip-top shape.

  • Don’t cut bone, frozen food, or other hard food as it can damage the blade.
  • Do not use your fingers to test the sharpness of the blade.
  • To ensure the anti-rust function don’t let acid or corrosive juices such as lemon juice remain on the surface for too long.
  • After use clean the knife and place it in a dry, ventilated place, do not wash it in the dishwasher
  • Use the right knife for its particular purpose.
  • Do not wash the handle with hot water and protect it with regular olive oil or food grade mineral oil coatings.
