These Hezhen Copper Sharks Tooth Tricolour Damascus Steel knives with 36 layers, consisting of stainless steel, brass, and purple copper, creating an exquisite pattern.
The center core is made from their own proprietary 12Cr18MoV. This new steel formula was developed to improve on the widely used 10Cr15CoMoV to make their blades hard, not brittle, sharper, and more durable.
The classic Japanese octagonal handle design incorporates novelty into a traditional classic, breaking the stereotypical image of traditional octagonal handle kitchen knives.
The middle part uses a new exotic wood, and at the two ends, there are copper and white bullhorn spacers with Black carbon Pommel & Bolster. After many steps of hand polishing, the handle has a delicate texture and a comfortable grip.
