    Xinzuo B32 Feng Series: The durability of the G 10 handles matched with the classic herringbone Damascus pattern would make a great addition to your kitchen. Each blade is made up of three major sections of steel. The primary core that serves as the cutting edge and two outer protective sections help prevent rust build up.

    Blade Center Core: The core is made up of Xinzuo’s 10Cr15CoMoV  their equivalent to Japanese VG10. This is high carbon steel with added, Chromium, Molybdenum, Cobalt, Vanadium and Manganese, allows for a very consistent edge that is hardened to 60-62 on the Rockwell scale. This hardness range is the sweet spot of Damascus kitchen knives, which makes it harder, sharper, and more durable. It has a good balance with a golden angle of 15° Because of its ultra-sharp double edge it is suitable for both left and right hands.

    It is important to note that Xinzuo & Hezhen both use expensive high quality vacuum heat treatment and cryogenic freezing. This is how they obtain this sweet spot of hardness and other qualities that make there's steels a cut above the competition.

    66 layers Damascus Steel: The outer steel sections are made up of 33-layers each of 316/316L Stainless Damascus Steel. This makes dealing with corrosive fruits or vegetables easier than with a pure carbon steel blade. The Raindrop Damascus pattern adds an additional aesthetic layer to each knife.

    Ergonomic Handle: The G10 is a synthetic composite used to make knife handles. The material is made of woven fiberglass fabric and epoxy resin. Mixing epoxy resin, fiberglass sheets, and a hardener makes It a strong and durable product, while being lightweight and easy to work with. This incredible material was designed to last a lifetime.
